It was national sibling day yesterday. I grew up a only child till I was 19. So I wouldn't class I had a experience of growing up with a siblings. I am more like a second mum (the moany one).

Watching my daughters relationship blossom is one of my favourite things to watch. As they are getting older watching them work together, cheer each on and comfort each other is one of my favourite things in the crazy world of mothering.

How is everyone Easter holidays going?
I have been loving and laughing on my babies.
It's been another heavy week on social media. My heart breaks for Evidence Joel and the family of Evan Smith (Google if your not aware of his story). I can't imagine the pain of losing a child. On top of that the pain being fully aware that you was not treated with empathy. I am glad these stories are being spoken about. But as a Black British women this is just a drop in the ocean. To my Black mothers protect your peace. The online world is one thing but dealing with the reality of this system is another.
