So I stumbled on an article on the @stylistmagazin

So I stumbled on an article on the @stylistmagazine website about Rushing Women Syndrome a term created by Dr Libby Weaver. A nutritional biochemist she details how all this rushing around affects our bodies internally.

It lead me down a rabbit hole I ended up watching her TEDx Talks and read a couple of her articles she has written. Most of it really hit home.

I have a constant feeling like time is running out. It's not like I worry about getting older more will I get stuff done by a specific time frame I have set for myself. Amongst a mixture of other things.

I highly recommend you check some of her work out.

I loved the term Birth Preference that @midwifemar

I loved the term Birth Preference that @midwifemarley used instead of Birth Plan. Birth Plan sounds so final and all birthing people will know. The Plan can rapidly change. I feel Birth Preferences gives space for that that from the onset.
I remember initially wanting a home birth but once we found out it was twins I was told it wasn't a option. Other then being told I needed to have a C- section, which I didn't end up having. I didn't have much of a plan.

Did everything go according to your Birth Plan?
If it didn't go to 'plan' what supported you accept the change?
